Innerdance is not an actual dance, but an active meditation supported by sound therapy . The music acts as a vehicle to guide you into varying brainwave states.
This activates the peripheral nervous system which gently moves you into an altered state of mind

Heightened vibratory responses within brain, body and being shift elements of the unified field and its interactions with electricity, memory, emotion, collective thought, vision, resonance, and frequency.
This can release emotions stored in the body, tap you into expanded states of consciousness and connect you with your creative life force energy (Kundalini)

The inner dance session with Salacia was out of this world, it was a blend of energy and sound healing that took me on a cosmic journey to a place within I had long forgotten but also somehow knew with all of my being. I was really fascinated by my experience especially the depth of feeling and visualisation that came - from the cork screw whirl inside me , to feeling as though I needed to cry, at one point I was running inside not sure what to or from with some really joyous moments - so yes up for another opportunity definitely - It’s challenging in many areas of life currently as it is for many of us and I felt I had renewed strength and confidence in myself this week 👏👏
